Spirit Lake, Water Quality Report:
Working with the Dickinson County Soil and Water Conservation District to complete a water quality report and management plan.  RPP has been in charge of layout and editing.  

Spirit Lake, Mini-Wakan State Park Historic District, 1934:
The Mini-Wakan State Park Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in February 2010.  RPP worked with the Spirit Lake Protective Association (SLPA) Mini-Wakan Committee to complete the National Register Nomination as well as submit grants.  Recently, a $100,000 grant was received from the State Historical Society of Iowa through the REAP/HSPG funds.  For more information on the project, visit: http://miniwakan.theslpa.org/

Lake Park, Caywood Building (Blue Moon Cafe & Bakery), 1904:  RPP is assisting the owner with the completion of the national register process.  The Caywood Building was built in 1904 for Dr. Caywood's dental practice.  The  owner has rehabilitated the building and opened the Blue Moon Coffee Cafe & Bakery.

Milford, Blacksmith Shop, 1900:  RPP has been assisting this property owner with the national register process as well.  The property owner recently moved in and will be completing the rehabilitation for her primary residence.  This building has the best racked brick in northwest Iowa!  Photo was taken prior to rehabilitation, 2006.
